Gary Croft 45 years of age, a strength athlete from Lincolnshire/UK, could possibly be the first autistic master lifter on the planet to have pulled a 400kg raw strongman deadlift. It was also a witnessed and registered gym lift which he was rewarded for.
Due to Gary struggling to stay on the platform in competitions, he decided to set out on this feat of strength in an environment that he could control. Gary said " I just did not want my disabilities to define me and stop me from being able to lift to my full potential."
